Age Restriction Policy
Lights Out Rooftop Experience is exclusively for ages between 14 and 17
Rules:
- Only individuals 17 and under are permitted entry.
- Accompanying parents/guardians may be allowed in designated areas with prior authorisation based on whether or not the circumstances align with our policies.
No entry/refunds for those over 18.
Ticket Purchase Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions, including this Age Restriction Policy.
Parking & Transportation Policy
To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all attendees, Lights Out Rooftop Experience established the following guidelines:
Parking:
- On-site parking is limited and reserved for authorised staff only.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up:
- A designated drop-off/pick-up zone will be available for parental transportation.
- Please follow event staff directions for the designated area.
- Uber, Bolt, InDrive, taxis and public transportation will not be allowed to park in the venue parking lot.
- Attendees using ride-sharing services should proceed to the designated drop-off/pick-up zone.
Safety Reminder:
- Follow event staff instructions and signage for safe entry and exit.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions, including this Parking & Transportation Policy.
Prohibited Items Policy
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, Lights Out Rooftop Experience prohibits the following items:
Prohibited Items:
- Weapons (including pocket knives)
- Drugs and illegal substances
- Outside food and beverages
- Glass containers
- Fireworks/explosives
- Laser pointers
- Skateboards/scooters
- Animals (except service animals)
- Large bags/backpacks (size restrictions apply)
- Any items deemed hazardous or suspicious
Consequences:
- Confiscation of prohibited items
- Denial of entry or removal from the venue grounds
- All attendees and bags are subject to search

There will be a refund fee if you request a refund before the event has started.
