By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge and accept the below Disclaimer of Liability:
The use of all equipment, the trail, facilities and attendance of the event is at your own risk. Project 220, The Trail Network (the “Organisers”) and the owner and management of B’Sorah do not accept any responsibility for any injuries, damages, loss or illness resulting from the visit to B'Sorah and attendance of the event as well as:
i. any loss or damage to the property or possessions of any guest, residents or visitors, whether such loss or damage was howsoever arising or otherwise as a result of negligence or a wrongful act of anyone employed by the owner, the staff, the Organisers or anyone purporting to act on their behalf;
ii. any personal injuries of any nature whatsoever sustained by a guest, resident, or visitor, including harm caused by animals/ reptiles, and irrespective whether such personal injuries were caused by or resulting from negligence or a wrongful act of any person employed by the owner, the owner, the Organisers or otherwise purporting to act on behalf of the owner or if such injuries were caused by any malfunctioning apparatus or equipment on the owners premises.
Any person signing the register who is accompanied or visited by any other person/ visitor/ pet hereby indemnifies the owner and the Organisers against any liability towards such person, visitor, guest or pet suffering any loss or damage or personal injury as referred to in paragraph (i) and (ii) above.
Such person hereby acknowledges that he/she is aware of the nature and consequence of this indemnity and undertakes to convey this information to their visitors.
I and my group hereby accepts all resort rules and regulations as set out above and below as well as any regulations which is conveyed verbally to myself/ us from time to time.
RULES:
1. No music is allowed on the premises.
2. No alcohol is allowed on the premises, except for specified areas.
3. Dogs must be on a leash at all times as there is wildlife on the farm.
4. Please do not litter. Remember, cigarette butts and toilet paper constitute litter.
5. Please do not graffiti or deface our trees, rocks, signs or any property at B'sorah.
6. No glass bottles/ glassware allowed on hiking trails, due to the risk of broken glass.
7. No smoking on trails.
8. Cyclists must wear helmets on trails.
