  Swim is South Africa’s premier ocean swimming series\, held at Addingto
 n Beach on Durban’s Golden Mile. Founded in 2007 by swimming coach and M
 asters champion Heather Campbell\, the series was created to promote ocean
  swimming among participants of all ages and skill levels.</span></p><p><s
 pan style="color: rgb(19\, 1\, 1)\;">Now managed by seasoned lifesaving an
 d event professional Trevor Martin\, the series features seven events thro
 ughout the year\, with swim distances of 800m\, 1.6km\, and 3.2km. Swimmer
 s aged 10 to 70+ take part\, whether for competition\, personal challenge\
 , or a healthy lifestyle.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(19\, 1\, 1)
 \;">Hosted by Marine Surf Lifesaving Club\, the Dolphin Mile offers a safe
