 Swim is South Africa’s premier ocean swimming series\, held at Addington
  Beach on Durban’s Golden Mile. Founded in 2007 by swimming coach and Ma
 sters champion Heather Campbell\, the series was created to promote ocean 
 swimming among participants of all ages and skill levels.</span></p><p><sp
 an style="color: rgb(4\, 1\, 1)\;">Now managed by seasoned lifesaving and 
 event professional Trevor Martin\, the series features seven events throug
 hout the year\, with swim distances of 800m\, 1.6km\, and 3.2km. Swimmers 
 aged 10 to 70+ take part\, whether for competition\, personal challenge\, 
 or a healthy lifestyle.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(4\, 1\, 1)\;"
 >Hosted by Marine Surf Lifesaving Club\, the Dolphin Mile offers a safe\, 
 inclusive\, and exhilarating ocean swim experience\, celebrating community
