Celebrate the Essence of You: Feminine Flow
Join us at One Flow Yoga & Wellness Social Club for an afternoon dedicated to the art of slowing down and honoring the feminine spirit. On May 10th, we are opening our doors for a curated three-hour journey designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in an environment of holistic care. We begin with refreshing mocktails from Ginologist before moving through a heart-opening Yoga Flow led by Jeanae Dumas, followed by a deeply restorative Sound Bath led by Sabrina Morreno. The afternoon concludes with a Guided Sauna Session and a moment of community at our Love Wall.
