ICEMAN Festival is strictly for attendees aged 13–17 years.

Event management and security reserve the right to verify the age of any attendee.Attendees who appear older than 17 may be asked to provide proof of age.Attendees who appear younger than 13 may also be asked to provide proof of age.If an attendee cannot reasonably verify that they fall within the permitted age range, entry may be refused or they may be removed from the event.Wristbands will be issued in accordance with the event's age-identification procedures.The decision of event management and security regarding age verification and admission is final.

For the safety of all attendees, ICEMAN Festival operates on a drop-off and collection system only.

No attendee parking will be available at the venue.Parents, guardians, and designated drivers must use the official drop-off and pick-up zones.Vehicles may not be left unattended in these areas.Attendees are encouraged to arrange collection times in advance.Event staff and security will assist with traffic flow and attendee safety where possible.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, the following are strictly prohibited: alcohol, illegal substances, vapes, cigarettes, weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, laser pointers, glass containers, outside food or beverages, large bags, drones, professional recording equipment, portable speakers, and any item deemed unsafe by security.

All attendees may be subject to a security search upon entry.

Treat others, staff, and security with respect.No fighting, harassment, bullying, vandalism, or disruptive behaviour.Follow instructions from event staff and security at all times.Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.

By attending the event, attendees and their parents or guardians consent to the capture and use of photography and video footage for promotional and marketing purposes.

By purchasing a ticket and attending ICEMAN Festival, attendees and their parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge and agree to the following:

ICEMAN Festival is strictly for attendees aged 13–17 years. Right of admission is reserved. Event management may refuse entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with event policies, age requirements, security procedures, or staff instructions.

Attendance is at the attendee's own risk. ICEMAN Festival, its organisers, staff, contractors, sponsors, and venue shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to property, injury, illness, or incidents occurring at the event, except where required by law.

The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, consent is given for such use.

By entering the event, you accept all event policies and conditions of entry.
