• No damaging trees, plants, stream, or boundary fences
• No driving/parking on grass — only on designated roads/parking
• No 4x4, quad bikes, motorbikes on lawns
• Dogs must be on leash
• No littering — you must provide bins + clean up
1. REFUND POLICY*
> All tickets are non-refundable. No refunds, no exchanges. Event will proceed rain or shine. If event is cancelled by organiser, you will be refunded via Howler within 14 days.
*2. ADMISSION POLICY*
> Right of Admission Reserved (R.O.A.R). Valid ticket required. No re-entry after exit. Under 18s must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Proof of ID may be requested.
*3. ALCOHOL POLICY (Park Rule)*
> Magnolia Dell is a public park. No alcohol may be brought in. No intoxicated persons will be allowed entry.
*4. PROHIBITED ITEMS POLICY*
> No weapons, drugs, glass, braais, fireworks, drones, or pets off-leash. Organiser may refuse entry.
