🎉 Wetpups Fun Night 2026

We are delighted to invite you to Wetpups Fun Night 2026 — our biggest community event and one of the most important fundraisers on the school calendar.

Fun Night is a cherished tradition that brings our entire school community together for an afternoon and evening filled with rides, food, games, and plenty of school spirit.

Bring your family and friends — everyone is welcome!

All proceeds support the Newlands Road Solar Project.

🎟 Tickets

Riders – R200

Includes entry and unlimited access to all rides

Excludes game stalls, ghost house, and other purchases

Non-Riders – R100

Includes entry only

Required for all adults and children over the age of 2 who are not riding

Children aged 2 and under enter free.

Wristband Collections

Please bring your email ticket confirmation.

• 28 April 2026 | 12 PM - 2 PM | Eden Road Entrance
• 29 April 2026 | 1 PM - 3 PM | Eyton Road Entrance
• 30 April 2026 | From 3 PM | Entrance to the event

We strongly recommend collecting in advance to avoid queues on arrival at the event.

Cashless Event

• Debit/credit card payments will be accepted at all stalls and vendors.
• Rider wristbands can be preloaded with credit (via the Howler pre-sales ticket site, during collection times, or at the top-up station on the day).
• Non-riders are encouraged to bring a debit/credit card, Apple Pay, or similar for purchases.
• No cash will be accepted anywhere at the event.

Food Stalls

• A variety of food and coffee vendors will be on site
• Halaal and Vegetarian options available

Grade 6 & 7 Disco

• 6 PM – 9 PM | R120 per ticket
• Restricted to Grade 6 & 7 pupils
• Tickets must be purchased in advance—no sales on the day

Parking

• Please use taxis or e-hailing services to minimise congestion.
• If you do park near the event, please ensure you park legally and do not block access to any properties.

Prohibited Items

• No alcohol
• No weapons

Refund Policy

• If the event is postponed due to poor weather, all tickets and credits will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• Unused credit on rider wristbands may be cashed out via the Howler site within 30 days after the event occurs.
• No other refunds.
